Festiwal Marketingu will take place on 17–18 September 2025 at EXPO XXI Warsaw, open exclusively to industry professionals. Over 200 exhibitors will present the latest in promotional products, advertising printing, and POS solutions.

Representatives of the broadly defined advertising sector will showcase their offerings – including suppliers of promotional items, providers of advertising printing services, and POS manufacturers. The event has become a permanent fixture in marketers’ September calendars.

The event features leading industry competitions: SUPER GIFT (innovative promotional items), POS STARS (best advertising displays), and the Gold Medal (innovative products, machines, and software). The programme also includes an Evening Gala, which includes industry awards, and a performance by Polish artist Kayah.

Festiwal Marketingu is an international event. Foreign visitors attend the fair from the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Germany, and many other countries. Last year, the fair welcomed over 3,000 attendees and 220 exhibitors.
